| About Gary Popenoe: A native of Kansas City, Gary grew up with a great love of all genres of music. Shortly after arriving in Los Angeles, Gary quickly stepped into the ranks of established harmonica players. His particular specialty is the chromatic harmonica, although he is also accomplished on the diatonic, or "blues harp." A seasoned musician and performer, he has appeared at numerous venues in the Southwest, from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, as well as before several national and state conventions for lovers of the instrument. |
